This part of the Summer Law School covers civil law, allowing students to engage with legal theory and then put this knowledge into practice through lively discussions and problem questions, as well as a mock county court trial. In-person course at Woburn House in London.

Philosophy Summer School (In-Person)

The Philosophy Summer School will tackle some of the really big questions. We will engage in lively seminar discussions, close textual analysis and exegesis (critical explanation and interpretation of a text), use thought experiments to isolate philosophical intuitions and ideas, and explore our own and others attempted solutions to philosophical problems.

International Relations Summer School (In-Person)

Woburn House Woburn House, 20 Tavistock Square, London

International Relations scholars strive to understand, and offer explanations for, the actions of states and international institutions and the relationships between them. This five-day course will include core theory, detailed case studies, and lots of exercises and debates to put your knowledge into practice.
